The People’s Democratic Party PDP in Adamawa State has flagged off state-wide tour in Toungo Local Government Area on Wednesday.
The state executive members led by party chairman, Alhaji Hamza Bello Madagali, during the tour commissioned Toungo Local Government PDP Secretariat, new town hall and present empowerment equipment to hundreds of youths provided by the council chairman of Toungo.
Alhaji Madagali said the tour symbolizes the PDP’s renewed sense of loyalty and unity, assuring that the state leadership remains committed in strengthening the party from across the state.
The PDP State chairman who represent Governor Fintiri at the empowerment programme advised people of Toungo local government area to rally round the present administration for the benefits of all.
In their separate reamrks, Chairman of Toungo Local Government Council, Suleiman Ahmad Gankuba, Member representing Toungo constituency at the State Assembly, Kefas Calvin, saluted the leadership style and inclusiveness among party members by PDP state chairman, Alhaji Hamza Madagali.
Some of beneficiaries of the empowerment programs thanked Governor Fintiri and Chairman for working tirelessly to move the state forward.
During the visit, PDP state chairman received five thousand decampees from various political parties in Toungo local government area.
