The State Chairman of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Alhaji Hamza Bello Madagali has reaffirmed his commitment to move the party forward.
Alhaji Madagali stated this in Lamurde, while commissioning some projects and mega empowerment programme facilitated by the chairman of Lumurde local government area, Mr Bulus Daniel as part of state-wide tour continuation by the leadership of the party.

The PDP Chairman urged people of Lamurde local government area to rally round the fintiri led administration to enable them to continue to reap more dividends of democracy.
Alhaji Madagali saluted governor Fintiri for giving council chairmen in Adamawa full support and encouragement in running the affairs of their respective council.
He commended Lamurde council chairman for providing infrastructural development and empowerment programme, saying it would go a long way in boosting economic activities in the area and advised beneficiaries to use the items for the purpose intended.

In his remark, the chairman Lumurde local government council, Bulus Daniel said the empowerment programme is designed to unite people of the local government area.
The chairman noted that empowerment would go a long way supporting dry season farmers, and saluted governor Fintiri for developmental strides across the state.
Mr Daniel appealed to people of the local government to embrace peace and forgive one another for the benefits of all.
There were goodwill messages from various dignitaries including ALGON chairman Adamawa, Ahmed Gankuba.

Items distributed under the empowerment programme include vehicles, motorcycles, fertilizers, grinding machines and cash among others.
